Where the data comes from
Unit locations come from the franchisee roster filed in each brand’s most recent Franchise Disclosure Document — the same source your competitors file every year — mapped to ZIP centroids. We hold rosters for more than 3,900 brands and roughly 406,000 units.
Rosters are a point-in-time filing, so the very newest openings appear when the next FDD is issued. The broker bench is ours: the retail brokers FranReal works with market by market.
